ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

01. Each teacher/master or person in charge of their organization (academy) must carefully read the regulations and general information before filling out the Registration Form for their athletes to avoid problems and inconveniences.

02. We kindly request that each school/academy participating in the Brazilian International Kung Fu Cup nominate at least one (1) referee to officiate at the event. This is very important. In this way, teachers or masters from schools affiliated or not to the League will have the opportunity to contribute to the smooth running of the Championship and have a representative assisting in judging the competitions, thus preventing disturbances and conflicts arising from the results. Remember that each referee who officiates until the end of the event will be remunerated with an amount stipulated by the LBKF organization, lunch, snacks, and a certificate of participation as a referee in the event. The referee must be dressed in Kung Fu pants and black shoes or sneakers. The event organization is responsible for the referee's t-shirt or vest. Note: To confirm your participation as a referee in the event, please fill out the form with your full name and the modality in which you officiate.

03. Every athlete must bring their identification document to present to the referee's table at the time of the competition.

04. Each association (school) must bring the athletes' equipment according to the categories in which they are registered. The event organizers will not provide or lend equipment .

05. The athletes' names will be called via a microphone in their competition area three (3) times. Any athlete who arrives after their category has entered the Taolu competition area will be automatically disqualified.

06. Athletes competing in categories from different technical areas may be called up for those categories simultaneously and, in that case, must choose one of them. No modifications or adjustments will be made to the Taolus competition schedule to accommodate athletes in this situation.

07. Any combat athlete who, by the end of the weigh-in, is outside the weight limit for which they registered on the Registration Form, will be automatically disqualified ( and will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee, without exception ).

8. The athlete does not need to inform the head table that their Taolu does not end in the same place. They can start the Taolu anywhere in the competition area and finish anywhere. They just cannot start or finish the Taolu with their back to the head table .

9. Athletes competing alone by walkover ( WO) in their forms (Taolus) categories, whether with bare hands or weapons, must have an average score equal to or higher than: beginner, intermediate, or advanced; otherwise, they will be disqualified.

10. There will be no refund of the registration fee after submission of the registration form, in cases of athlete non-attendance at the event for any reason, absence at the time of the competition, incorrectly completed registration form, or disqualification during the competition at the event.

11. The coach or other team members will not be allowed to appear at the referee's table during or after the competition, causing disturbances, disrespecting or questioning the refereeing. The team and its coach who do so will be subject to penalties.

The notification must be delivered to the head referee along with the complete video footage of the athlete's competition, plus a payment of R$ 300.00 , which will be refunded if the protest is accepted and the competition result is changed; otherwise, there will be no refund. For this to be valid, the athlete and their coach must be fully familiar with the event's competition rules.

15. Medical Certificate : In all LBKF competitions, combat athletes must present a medical certificate at the time of weigh-in confirmation, attesting that they are fit to participate in a fighting competition. This certificate must be no more than 6 (six) months old up to the date of the event and will be subject to an inspection for approval or rejection. In case of rejection of the certificate, the athlete will be automatically disqualified and will not be entitled to a refund of the registration fee. We remind you that the athlete must present the original medical certificate; copies of certificates will not be accepted.

16. Procedures at the event venue: Arrive at least 1 (one) hour before the start of the competitions.
